The team develops high-performance automated trading infrastructure, working closely with traders to optimize execution speed and system performance. The Role Join a small, high-caliber engineering team building and optimizing production trading systems in modern C++. What You Will Do- Build and optimize low-latency C++ trading applications
- Work directly with traders on strategy execution systems
- Rewrite complex Java systems into modern C++
- Improve platform speed, scalability, and reliability

- 5+ years at an options market making or trading firm
- Strong modern C++ experience
- Strong systems programming and performance optimization skills
