Architect and design robust machine tending automation cell controllers.System Interfacing:
Seamlessly integrate sophisticated hardware networks including CNC machine tools, industrial robots, component washers, vision gages/CMM systems, and serialization markers.Programming & Intelligence:
Program and optimize PLCs and HMIs (Allen-Bradley preferred), configure robust industrial robotics (Fanuc), and implement precise machine vision systems (iRvision, Cognex).Commissioning & Runoffs:
Drive automation cell testing and final runoffs at both the state-of-the-art factory facility and directly at customer sites.Documentation Excellence:
Craft detailed technical design specifications, schematics, and system documentation.Client Empowerment:
Provide technical leadership through comprehensive customer training and advanced troubleshooting support.qualifications:
