Applications Engineer's role is to service and technical support to Sales, dealers and customers. He is responsible for all everyday machine applications, machine demonstrations, and machine training operations and the fulfillment of the company's sales and service goals. ERP SYSTEM

Following up on machine problems, improvement, service conducted, spare parts and related matters. Follow up on recorded problems until they are resolved. Additional Notes

• Responsible for any other duties as and when assigned
• International travel required, U.
