As an Ab Initio Developer at Kyndryl, you'll be responsible for designing and building large‑scale data integration and processing solutions within the financial services sector. In this role, you will develop and operate data pipelines that ensure the quality, traceability, and availability of critical business data.

You will work in complex, high‑volume data environments, integrating multiple data sources while applying best practices for performance, reliability, and governance. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, your work will directly support data‑driven decision‑making and operational continuity across enterprise platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data integration and processing requirements to design scalable solutions.

Design and develop ETL processes and data pipelines using Ab Initio.

Integrate multiple data sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files.

Optimize batch and streaming processes to ensure performance and reliability.

Monitor production data flows, resolve incidents, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical and Professional Experience4+ years of experience developing or supporting data integration solutions.

Hands‑on experience with Ab Initio for ETL and data processing.

Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.

Experience integrating data from diverse sources such as databases, APIs, and files.

Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

Exposure to CI/CD processes for deploying and managing data pipelines.

Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceExperience working in the financial services or banking sector.

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.

Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.

Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
