Automation Manager:

Lead development and optimization of automation systems supporting injection molding and secondary operations Oversee robotics, conveyors, AGVs, and end-of-arm tooling performance and reliability Partner cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot automation issues and lead root cause analysis to reduce downtime Manage preventive maintenance programs for automated systems Supervise and develop automation/maintenance team members Collaborate with vendors and integrators on new technologies and system upgrades Maintain PLC/HMI/robot programs, documentation, and system backups Support capital projects through cost analysis and ROI justification Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards What you will need as a

Automation Manager:
