Overview What You'll Be Doing This role will have client facing responsibilities that encompass Application security and DevSecOps engineer skill sets. This role will be supporting DevSecOps tools including Splunk, Docker Pro, IBM Sterling Connect renewal, New Relic, Cloudbees, Symantec VIP , Cloud Protection Manager and other tools as directed by the customer. The candidate will support these tools by onboarding and off boarding of users, keeping the tools current with version and security upgrades and providing technical support and trouble-shooting to the user community. Responsibilities + Responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining the DevSecOps processes for the software development team. + Understands the current in-house DevSecOps and build processes, makes necessary recommendations for improvements, and implements those changes. + Bridging the gap between legacy development or operations teams. + Working collaboratively toward a shared vision and culture. + Ensure system uptime and performance. + Work to equip developers with the best tools. + Defines and maintains DevSecOps best practices. + Ensures that the company's DevOps process has the cybersecurity in mind, maintain cybersecurity practices in the DevOps processes. + Pro-actively resolve support tickets, troubleshoot any issues and pickup stories from prioritized backlog instead of waiting for work to be given. + Other duties as assigned.
