Duration:
Long Term Job Summary This position requires working onsite up to 5 days per week. The role involves overseeing the integration and flow of development, testing, and deployment of systems, as well as planning releases, including features and enhancements. The Release Management team collaborates closely with Agile Squads and Program teams to coordinate release plans and deployments. Responsibilities include supporting deployments, monitoring issues, managing environments, and ensuring adherence to Release Management standards. Key Responsibilities Drive the strategy of the Release/Environment team. Coordinate deployment of code and hardware changes while ensuring environment consistency and availability. Create comprehensive Release Plans from QA through Post-Production. Cultivate strong working relationships across IT teams. Monitor and guarantee uptime of environments. Identify, assess, manage, and report risk within the Bank's risk appetite. Required Experience Controlling test environments and configuration management. Working with QA, Production Support, and Development teams. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools. Large-scale transformation experience in Environments and Release Management is a plus. Strong attention to detail.
