This role has two primary objectives: Help individuals develop career goals and assess the best job matches to support them in achieving meaningful, successful employment Identify local employment opportunities through our proprietary business development process A typical day might include the following: Coaching and guiding individuals at their job sites Working with individuals to develop career goals and objectives Prospecting, qualifying and outreaching to businesses to identify potential job opportunities for our individuals Using your vehicle to transport individuals to and from job interviews (mileage reimbursement provided) Teaching individuals how to create a customized resume, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews This position may interest you if: You want to positively impact an individual's life You have previous experience in high-touch customer service environments You thrive being part of a collaborative team, yet can work independently Career growth opportunities - potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience: Management of a small team Informal leadership in sports, clubs, or civic organizations Additional requirements include: Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling within your local community Monday - Friday, daytime business hours (flexibility offered for part-time) Comfortable using MS Office, documenting notes in an electronic system, and accessing apps on a mobile device Interested in learning more?
