Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the delivery, reliability, and security of mission-critical platforms in Princeton, New Jersey. This role focuses on building and sustaining containerized environments, improving deployment processes, and strengthening operational visibility across distributed systems. The ideal candidate brings strong infrastructure automation experience and can work effectively with engineering and support teams to maintain stable, scalable services.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain resilient container-based platforms using Kubernetes and OpenShift across cloud, data center, and edge environments.
  • Manage application deployment, configuration, patching, and ongoing lifecycle support for distributed systems operating in both connected and restricted networks.
  • Develop and optimize monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana, including dashboards, alerts, and service health indicators that improve incident response.
  • Install and validate software releases in development and test environments, support regression testing, and coordinate production rollouts with minimal service disruption.
  • Build and scale containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes to support enterprise and edge-ready architectures.
  • Configure and support identity and access integrations with enterprise authentication platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and related infrastructure services.
  • Investigate user-reported issues through ticketing workflows, document resolutions, and maintain operational runbooks and knowledge resources.
  • Partner with analysts, engineers, and technical stakeholders to convert operational needs into deployable solutions and feed production issues back into product improvements.
  • Apply DevSecOps practices including vulnerability remediation, image hardening, secrets handling, and support for secure compliance-oriented environments.
  • Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations to address outages, performance issues, and other high-priority production events.
