Oracle Retail Solution Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience in working as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Retail Projects
Experience in Implementing/Designing Oracle Retail Solutions
Hands-on Experience in Oracle Retail MOM Suite of products (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM)
Exposure to reading and understanding SQL/PLSQL, Pro
C code
Should have experience working in Agile project delivery in ERP Implementation. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the requirement gathering sessions with Business
Design solutions for the Business Requirements in Oracle Retail product area
Design and deliver high-level functional specifications in Oracle Retail area
Ability to understand all the key IT/Business processes involved in the Development and Support of Oracle Retail Applications in the customer landscape
Project Management knowledge to understand the typical development and support cycles for ERP solutions
Work in collaboration with Developers/Testers in Oracle Retail area both onshore and offshore Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Should have experience working in Agile project delivery in ERP Implementation.

Education Bachelor / master's degree in engineering
