Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of complex and custom assembly projects from concept through production. Develop advanced system layouts and designs that meet customer requirements and manufacturing constraints. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure project alignment. Identify and resolve technical, manufacturability, and supply chain challenges proactively. Review and approve drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness. Drive improvements in design efficiency, standardization, and documentation quality. Mentor and support the development of Associate and Application Engineers. Manage relationships with external vendors for specialized or non?standard components. Support customer interactions as needed to clarify technical requirements and ensure solution alignment.Experience Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in application engineering, design, or manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading complex projects or major project components. Experience with fluid distribution or analytical instrumentation systems preferred. Skill Requirements Advanced proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Strong understanding of fluid systems, instrumentation, and assembly processes. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity and non?routine challenges. Ability to influence cross?functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders. Strong business acumen with an understanding of cost, lead time, and operational impact. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to work independently within established guidelines and escalate higher?risk issues when needed.
