Job Description:

New role opens April 15! Be part of the founding engineering team at a real-estate tech startup out of MIT that is going to disrupt the long-term rental market. We are modernizing the process of validating, browsing, visiting, and renting apartments - starting in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site, role at our office in downtown Danvers, MA. forREAL is looking for an experienced software engineer who brings fresh ideas from all areas, including distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day. As part of the founding engineer team, you'll: Develop products from 0 -1 with high velocity features on mobile and web Ideating, design, and deliver feature from end to end Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industry experience in software engineering. Bachelors degree in CS. Strong Knowledge developing in SwiftUI iOS. Strong knowledge developing in React/ Next.js. Strong knowledge developing in Django. Strong Knowledge developing in SwiftUI iOS. Strong knowledge writing testable code, and testing using PyTest. Experience with Azure cloud service platform. Experience with CI/CD pipeline. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work onsite in our office in Danvers, MA.
