Full-Stack Software Engineer Description:

Midnight Mansion's mission is to bring more delight into the world. We design, engineer, fabricate, and install immersive, in-person experiences - building anything from special exhibits to interactive pieces that blend creative technology, mechanical systems, lighting and sound, and special effects. From early prototypes to final install, we manage the full build and bring ambitious ideas into the real world. The Role This position will involve writing and designing software for our immersive experience venues, as well as external client projects. The role is full-time and in-person.

Responsibilities will include:

Designing & implementing user-friendly front-end systems Working in distributed & concurrent systems Assisting with prototyping & testing puzzles, props, and interactions with members of the public Who We're Looking For You are experienced with React and Typescript You feelfortable installing software and Arduino and Raspberry Pis You take ownership of tasks, working holistically and proactively to see them through You make decisions quickly and problem-solve when a choice isn't working You notice what needs doing and take the initiative to figure out a solution You don't let questions linger and seek answers from multiple sources

Qualifications:

Qualifications Must Haves Ability tomute to our studio in Needham, MA 3+ years of experience TypeScript / Node.js React or similar front-end frameworks and

HTML / CSS
