Local to Charlotte NC only JD for CLM Candidate (Solution Architect) Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert Hands-on experience with one or more CLM toolsproducts such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation. Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.

Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations byAssessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysisWork with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Design scalable and reliable solutionsManaging the implementationdevelopment of the solutionServe as a liaison between the business and the development teamsRefine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.
Lead and facilitate design workshops document the outputfindings create user stories and obtain customer sign-off.
Author and manage contract templates manage clause libraries workflows and other CLM configurations.
Recommend contribute to and apply CLM best practicesCreate clear and accurate training materials.
Conduct user training andor Train-The-Trainer sessions.
Partner with executiveproject sponsors to promote user adoption.
