Job Description

A growing SaaS company is hiring a full-time DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of its cloud-native platform supporting enterprise-scale eCommerce delivery operations. This role focuses on Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, networking, observability, and security across a modern SaaS environment. The position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with technologies such as AKS, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, Cloudflare, and MongoDB Atlas while helping scale and optimize a high-availability production platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure engineer who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving real-world production challenges. The company is looking for someone who can operate across the full infrastructure stack, improve deployment and monitoring systems, and directly influence platform reliability and scalability. You'll work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployment processes, strengthen cloud operations, and support a secure and highly available SaaS environment. This role offers strong technical ownership, broad infrastructure exposure, and the ability to make a direct impact on a growing cloud platform. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure Experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably AKS Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or similar platforms Strong understanding of Docker and containerized application environments Experience troubleshooting production systems and infrastructure issues end-to-end Experience with networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, ingress, load balancing, and routing Experience with monitoring and logging platforms such as ELK or Azure Monitor Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages Experience supporting highly available production systems Desired Skills & Experience Experience with MongoDB Atlas Experience with Cloudflare, WAFs, CDN platforms, or traffic management systems Familiarity with SOC2 compliance and security tooling such as Drata Experience managing Azure AD, identity management, and internal IT systems Strong documentation and process improvement skills Experience improving observability, deployment reliability, and infrastructure scalability Strong collaboration skills within Agile or engineering-focused organizations What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 35% Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Kubernetes 25% CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation 20% Monitoring, Reliability & Troubleshooting 20% Security, Networking & Internal Systems Daily Responsibilities 75% Hands On 10% Documentation & Process Improvement 15% Team Collaboration The Offer Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
