$80,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities Partner with Sales to deliver application engineering support, layouts, and technical drawings Design and refine bearing components and assemblies to meet customer and performance needs Create internal part and supplier prints; maintain engineering databases Assess new materials, standards, and engineering practices Perform calculations, cost estimates, design reviews, and updates Optimize designs for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) Support production by resolving machining, stamping, assembly, and tooling issues Develop manufacturing plans, work instructions, tooling concepts, and ECNs Lead or contribute to new product development, LEAN/Kaizen efforts, and process improvements Collaborate with QA on control plans and inspection methods Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience Background in mechanical design, drafting, or manufacturing engineering Experience with machining, assembly, and metal stamping preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks; strong Excel/database skills Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Understanding of heat treatment and case hardening Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
