Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. This role focuses on solution architecture, modern application development, cloud engineering, microservices, and enterprise platform modernization using .NET, Angular, AWS, and modern engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions Design scalable systems using .NET Core, Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS services Develop business context diagrams, architecture models, data models, and technical designs Architect microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications Provide technical leadership across development teams and enterprise initiatives Support DevSecOps, SRE, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives Guide engineering teams through design reviews, architecture governance, and implementation strategies Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions Required Qualifications 15+ years of software engineering experience 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience Strong expertise in Angular, C#, .NET Core, SQL, and NoSQL databases Strong understanding of OOP/OOD principles, data structures, algorithms, and system design 8+ years of cloud-native engineering experience 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including API Gateway, Lambda, SNS/SQS, MSK, Step Functions, Glue, Lake Formation, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Athena, EFS, and related services Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and enterprise integration patterns Strong understanding of DevSecOps, SRE, GitHub, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, Lean, Agile, XP, and SAFe methodologies Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI solutions Experience in Tax and Immigration domains Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives Why Join 4A Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence.
