Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our client located in Halethorpe, MD. The Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and modern full stack technologies. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can independently plan, build, and deploy production-grade systems that integrate AI agents into real business workflows. Responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer include:
  • Design and implement AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
  • Develop and maintain full stack applications leveraging Dataverse and modern backend frameworks
  • Build and optimize automation workflows to streamline logistics and operational processes
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar) into production systems for real-world use cases
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
  • Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for automation initiatives
  • Troubleshoot, test, and deploy scalable solutions with minimal oversight Qualifications for the Full Stack Software Engineer include:
  • Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or related technologies
  • Proven, hands-on experience building production-level Copilot Studio agents (not demos/tutorials)
  • Strong full stack development experience with Dataverse and backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Experience integrating and using AI tools such as Claude in real applications
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in a small, collaborative team environment Compensation for the Full Stack Software Engineer includes:
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
