We help our customers reduce risk by tightly integrating MDR with offensive security, threat hunting, security research, and digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) to continually adapt to new and evolving threats. Our modern MDR (Managed Detection & Response) approach is tailored to the unique characteristics and risk factors of each customer, enabling us to take full ownership of the response process and, optionally, manage key security controls. By thinking like an adversary and defending like a guardian, we help our customers stay a step ahead of threat actors. The Solutions Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for enabling consistent, high-quality service delivery across the organization. The role focuses on solving complex, cross-functional technical problems, ensuring customers receive full value from contracted services, and supporting internal teams through advanced technical enablement. Solutions Engineers operate across Customer Success, SOC, Operations Engineering, Product, Sales, and other internal teams, serving as a centralized escalation and execution function for work that does not clearly belong to a single team.
What You'll Do:
Own and execute work submitted through the Solutions Request Queue for any internal team Serve as a technical escalation point for complex, non-standard, or cross-platform requests Enable internal teams and customers by translating platform capabilities into usable, supportable solutions Validate service alignment with contracted offerings and identify gaps or misconfigurations Provide clear technical recommendations that improve service quality and consistency Support company initiatives requiring advanced technical coordination and execution Document solutions, patterns, and best practices to improve scalability and repeatability Identify systemic issues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tooling
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical background in security platforms, logging, networking, or MDR-related technologies Strong networking background with understanding of common protocols, firewalls, routing, and log transport methods Experience working within Linux environments and comfort with Linux command line.
