Sr. Engineering Manager, Embedded Software

Sr. Engineering Manager, Embedded Software Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks Sr. Engineering Manager, Embedded Software in Towson, MD w/ hybrid WFH to lead a cross functional team across multiple product lines driving embedded software development into brushless motor driven end product. Manage all aspects of the project execution including design, development, integration and testing. Collaborate with supporting teams for sub-system design, testing and development, supplier selection, manufacturing, and product support. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering. 10 years relevant work experience. 5 years managing or leading cross functional product development teams.

Demonstrated ability with the following:

Large volume consumer devices; Embedded Systems development; 16 and/or 32-bit embedded devices, preference for ARM cores; Software Development in C, C++, and/or Assembly.
