Job Description

LEAD ServiceNow Developer Location
  • Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.
Duration:
1+ Years onsite
  • Key Required Skills Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team
  • Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
  • Position Description Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
  • Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
  • Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
  • Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
  • Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

(Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor''s and 7 years of experience, Master''s and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
  • Experience with the US Federal Government
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
  • Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

(Required Skills)
  • These skills will help you succeed in this position:
  • 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as
ITSM, ITOM
(HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
  • 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
  • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
  • 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

  • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR
  • Project Management or Agile certification
  • ITILv4 Foundations Certification
  • Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
