Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software for automotive embedded systems. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), along with a deep understanding of embedded systems and real-time software development. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, validation, and testing to deliver high-quality, production-ready automotive software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic and/or Adaptive software components. Develop embedded software using C/C++ for automotive ECUs and microcontrollers. Configure and customize AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules, including
MCAL, OS, COM
stack, and RTE. Translate system and software requirements into robust application and low-level implementations. Debug and resolve complex software and hardware issues using tools such as JTAG, trace tools, and logic analyzers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Support software integration, system bring-up, and validation on target hardware. Ensure compliance with automotive standards and development processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262). Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in embedded software development. Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive platforms). Proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems. Experience with automotive microcontrollers (e.g., Infineon, NXP, Renesas). Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet. Experience with embedded debugging and profiling tools. Ability to read hardware schematics and work closely with hardware components when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Experience with functional safety standards such as
ISO 26262.
Familiarity with ASPICE development environments and processes. Experience with bootloaders, diagnostics (UDS), and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for embedded software development. Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
