Automotive Job Overview We are seeking a Skilled Robotics Perception and Manipulation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end robotic manipulation pipelines for bimanual robotic systems . The role involves working across perception, motion planning, and control , enabling robots to perform safe, intelligent, and collision-free object manipulation in real-world environments. Key Responsibilities Design and implement robotic manipulation pipelines Develop systems for object understanding from high-level prompts Build grasp pose estimation models Implement motion planning and collision avoidance algorithms Enable safe human-robot object handover Integrate perception, planning, and control modules Work with real-world robotic systems and sensors Technical Skills Required Strong understanding of: Robotic kinematics, dynamics, and control Programming expertise in: C++ Python Experience in: Machine Learning & Deep Learning Robot motion planning and collision avoidance Working with cameras / 3D sensors Strong skills in: Debugging, testing, and validation Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work across: Perception Planning Control systems Good communication and collaboration skills Passion for building real-world robotics applications Qualifications Ph.D in one of the following: Robotics Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Industrial & Systems Engineering
