Duties:

Independently design, develop, and implement secure, scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ADO.NET, and related Microsoft frameworks for processing financial advisor and client account data Design, develop, and maintain API integrations with external financial institution partners including major insurance and brokerage providers, implementing OAuth-based authentication, encryption, data mapping, and exception handling for high-volume transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial data transfers Mentor interns and Software Developers I Diagnose and resolve complex software issues in both development and production environments and serve as escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and debugging, including leading investigations into integration failures, data reconciliation errors, and performance issues affecting financial statement or transactions Maintain and enforce comprehensive documentation for key systems, integrations, and development processes Investigate and resolve issues related to client statement data, technology integration failures, and network communications, including managing secure migration of financial data between on-premises servers and Amazon S3 cloud platform Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks, and propose and implement development process improvements Implement secure coding practices, including applying financial-grade security standards including encryption, access control, and audit logging consistent with FINRA and SEC requirements
