IT Systems Developer

IT Systems Developer New Ulm, MN 56073 Full-time Full-time The Systems Developer is responsible for providing software and hardware support for the IT Department. This includes becoming familiar with our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to interface laboratory instruments with our LIMS. The Systems Developer is also responsible for maintaining the various web services to ensure data delivery is not interrupted and various support programs developed and used by MVTL.

Minimum formal education required:

2-year IT program or 4+ years' experience in the skills described below or 4-year computer science related field. The successful candidate for the Systems Developer position will have demonstrated experience with SQL queries, web service maintenance, setting up and help maintain networks including Active Directory, Windows Servers, VMware and security software. Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills and work well with others.
