Job Description

The Administrative Integration Services Unit is seeking a skilled Associate Software Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the design, development, maintenance, and monitoring of system integrations for UKG Pro WFM. This role works closely with Lead Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data flow. We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and collaborative individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using:
  • UKG Boomi
  • Google Apigee
  • Cleo (MFT)
  • ServiceNow
  • Splunk
  • Azure DevOps
  • Troubleshoot integration failures
  • Testing & Validation
  • Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Collaboration
  • Participation in Agile ceremonies
  • Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve integration reliability, including proactive monitoring and dashboard development.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including environment governance, release pipelines, and automated testing.

Completion of a Mayo internship may fulfill the requirement for 1 year of experience. Will consider a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field if accompanied by professional retraining certification.
