What You'll Do:

Become the architect behind collaboration environments that make work easier, smarter, and way more enjoyable. Design & Architect the Future of Work Create end-to-end Zoom Workplace solutions: Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, Workspace Reservation, digital signage, and hybrid environments Turn customer requirements into scalable, secure, reliable architectures Build system diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation Make sure designs align with Zoom best practices and enterprise standards Lead Pre-Sales Magic Run technical discovery sessions like a pro Support demos, presentations, and proposals with sales teams Be the technical authority on RFPs/RFQs Translate geek-speak into business language (and vice versa!) Guide Deployments Like a Pro Support implementation teams with technical oversight Partner with PMs, engineers, and AV integrators to ensure flawless execution Troubleshoot tricky issues and provide escalation support Validate solutions through testing, commissioning, and acceptance Be a Thought Leader Stay sharp on Zoom updates, certifications, and workplace trends Contribute to best practices and solution standards Train internal teams and customers Serve as the go‑to subject‑matter expert for all things

Zoom Workspace What You Bring:

5+ years in collaboration, AV, UC, or workplace technology Hands-on expertise with Zoom Rooms + Zoom Workplace tools Strong understanding of AV systems and enterprise room design Experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or consultant Ability to command a room — whether the audience is technical or executive Bonus Points (a.k.a. Superpowers): Zoom certifications (Rooms, Phone, Workplace) Background in room scheduling, occupancy analytics, or workplace platforms Knowledge of networks, security, and cloud architectures Experience with AV hardware ecosystems (cameras, DSPs, control systems) History with enterprise or multi-site deployments
