Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Switchgears Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer and Business Developer. This position plays a key role in the business process, by working with sales and customers for the specific requirement of HV products, supporting product development / marketing, technical offer preparation and business development activities to support the business growth. How You'll Make an Impact Driving business development by promoting high-voltage products to customers and key stakeholders Managing offers by preparing quotations and proposals in response to customer and sales requests Overseeing contract management, including technical and commercial terms and conditions Evaluating customer technical requirements and specifications to ensure compliant solutions Participating actively in business reviews and project management meetings Travel, as needed. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. What You Bring Engineering degree (Bachelor's or equivalent). 10 or years of experience in electrical products and/or services environments. Candidates with experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa. Previous industry experience preferred. Strong process leadership with demonstrated ability to lead, design, and continuously improve end‑to‑end portfolio evaluation and governance processes. Advanced analytical capabilities, enabling data-driven evaluation of business areas, identification of profitable growth opportunities, and alignment with strategic objectives.
