Job Description

Required Skills & Experience 3-7+ years in telecom, messaging, or wireless operations.

Strong experience with:

SMS/MMS protocols:

SMPP , MM7 , SS7

(preferred), Diameter (nice-to-have) Messaging platforms (e.g., OpenMarket, Syniverse, Twilio, or similar)

Knowledge of:

Routing, delivery receipts, message encoding (GSM, Unicode) Carrier connectivity and interworking Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Grafana). Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation. Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs). 5g/lte/Ims call flows, End-to-End SMS Flow , API Messaging , SMPP , SMSC/MMSC platform operations, SMPP, MM7, DLRs, A2P, 10DLC, short codes, toll-free messaging, Syniverse/OpenMarket/Twilio, SMPP bind types, DLR debugging, MMS/MM7 flow, encoding etc
