Job Description:

Engineering Team Leader 5+ years of Experience P.E License Required Lead and manage structural engineering projects from proposal through delivery, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, supporting professional development, performance management, and team growth. Oversee QA/QC of structural designs, ensuring compliance with current codes, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing needs, financial forecasting, business development initiatives, and operational planning. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships while supporting proposal development and fee estimates. Drive team performance by managing project financials, resolving technical or project challenges, and ensuring profitability and on-time delivery.
