Role:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and enhancing scalable, high-volume transactional applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and modern software engineering practices.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in Python development Hands-on experience with FastAPI framework Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases Experience with SQL development, data modeling, and query optimization Understanding of SQL objects and database performance tuning Experience with Git version control Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Experience developing high-volume transactional applications Experience with component-based web application frameworks Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Responsibilities Participate in story refinement and requirement analysis Develop scalable backend solutions using Python and FastAPI Create and execute unit tests based on acceptance criteria Perform proof-of-concepts and technical spikes to evaluate solutions Design, develop, and maintain application interfaces and architecture components Optimize SQL queries and database interactions for performance Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions Assist in resolving technical challenges and application complexities Develop and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites Follow Agile development and CI/CD best practices

Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$60 - $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
