We operate both as a traditional wholesale distributor and a cash-and-carry operation. Our client base includes convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, and tobacco retailers. We are known for reliable service, strong product availability, and long-standing customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are focused on expanding our reach and strengthening our position in the market. About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Warehouse Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth within our warehouse and logistics operations. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base, maximizing warehouse utilization, and developing a scalable sales function to support company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, distribution, and logistics services Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research Present warehouse solutions tailored to client needs (storage, fulfillment, distribution, etc.) Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service feasibility and execution Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Sales Team Development & Leadership Responsibilities Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding sales representatives as the company grows Train team members on services, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies Help build and implement a structured sales system, including outreach strategies and CRM usage Set clear performance expectations and support team members in achieving sales goals Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development Lead by example through active selling while contributing to team growth Support the development of a strong, results-driven sales culture Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics/warehouse operations Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership potential with interest in developing and guiding a sales team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Benefits 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid vacation
