Software Engineer, Hybrid

This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance applications that support institutional systems while working in a modern, agile, and mission-driven setting .

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications Build and integrate APIs and database-driven systems Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Support system integrations, deployments, and ongoing enhancements Contribute to DevOps practices, automation, and code quality standards

Software Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of software engineering experience Experience with full-stack development (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) Strong SQL/database experience (Oracle or similar) Experience with APIs, version control, and CI/CD workflows Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
