The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules across multiple business domains. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others. Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional Odoo solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using the Odoo framework — including Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Assist in Odoo implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams. Create clear technical documentation for developed modules, features, and customizations. Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions, features, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development. Solid understanding of Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and PostgreSQL. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt within the ERP/Odoo ecosystem. Preferred Skills Experience working with ERP/CRM systems or prior internship/project involvement in ERP implementations. Exposure to Linux-based environments. Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems. Understanding of core business workflows, especially in Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and related domains.
