Morristown, NJ; Purchase, NY, Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Conshohocken, PA; Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Lenexa, KS; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS - 3 days per week Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification is mandatory
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development. Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance. Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems. Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10-20 engineers across onshore and offshore models. Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks. Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred). Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat. Strong experience with batch processing, messaging, event-driven integrations, and migration utilities. Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles. Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
