Analyze, expand, and modify system to develop new features or to improve workflow. Validate, test and monitor computer programs and systems. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Learn and adopt emerging technologies to optimize and increase the application's efficiency and effectiveness. Discuss and advise solutions to user for better information processing in the system. Assist other programmers and end-users for solving computer related problems or application issues. Study and analyze technical reports for implementing better solutions to meet user requirements. Determine computer software and hardware configuration to set up new applications or system environments. Review, analyze, and fix performance indicators to locate system problems. Develop, modify, maintain computer applications software. Handle production deployment, data migration, application integration for software applications for different regions. Perform code review and supervise other computer programmers. Analyze software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Provide technical support for critical and urgent Production issues. Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance. Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Assess database performance. Responsible for tracking deliverables with weekly / monthly patch release.

Job Requirements:

Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field. Require five years of experience in job offered, Software Consultant, Software Engineer, Technical Lead or related. Must have at least two years of experience using Servlets, Jsp, Spring, Apache, Tomcat, Eclipse, Putty, WinSCP.
