Across USA any Location (Onlt FTE) Required 10+ Knowledge Graph Architect to lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise-scale Knowledge Graph solutions, with a strong focus on healthcare and PHI-sensitive environments. This role will define architecture strategy, evaluate platforms, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance graph systems aligned with enterprise data and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Define end-to-end Knowledge Graph architecture, standards, and roadmap Drive adoption of graph-based solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy Platform Evaluation & Selection Assess and recommend graph platforms (Neo4j, Neptune, Stardog) Evaluate performance, scalability, cost, and

compliance Establish reference architectures and deployment patterns Data Modeling & Ontology Design Architect scalable schemas for Patient, Clinical, and Metadata graphs Define standards for relationships, provenance, temporal modeling, and identity resolution Enable clinical terminology mapping (SNOMED, ICD, LOINC) Scalable Data Engineering Design high-throughput ingestion frameworks (batch & streaming) Enable reconciliation, deduplication, and near real-time updates Support large-scale healthcare datasets (millions of records) Performance & Quality Define SLAs for query latency, throughput, and ingestion speed Ensure near real-time queryability and system scalability Establish data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks Security & Compliance Architect HIPAA-compliant solutions with encryption, access control, and auditability Implement fine-grained access (RBAC/ABAC) and secure APIs Ensure governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance Production Readiness Define monitoring, backup/recovery, and high availability strategies Develop runbooks and operational documentation Support deployment and smooth transition to operations Leadership Provide technical leadership and mentorship Collaborate with engineering, clinical, security, and business stakeholders Communicate architecture vision to executive teams Qualifications 10+ years of experience in data architecture / distributed systems Deep expertise in Knowledge Graph technologies (Neo4j, Neptune, Stardog, RDF/SPARQL, LPG) Strong background in data modeling, large-scale data systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Proven experience in HIPAA/PHI-compliant architectures Knowledge of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, ICD, LOINC) preferred The pay range for this role is $140k - $150k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
