Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Software Developer / with strong programming and scripting skills to design, develop, and maintain software applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and scripting in DOS/Bash environments to support application development, system integration, and operational automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to create scalable and maintainable solutions. Develop and maintain DOS and Bash scripts for process automation, deployment, and system administration tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve application, scripting, and system issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, scripts, and processes. Optimize application performance and improve system efficiency through automation. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Java programming. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and software development principles. Experience developing and maintaining DOS batch scripts and Bash shell scripts . Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems such as Git. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Knowledge of databases and SQL. Experience with system integration and deployment processes. Understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
