Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Smart Dispute Developer to join a dynamic team supporting dispute management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Dispute and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Smart Dispute . Customize and enhance dispute management workflows and business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. Participate in application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities. Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and quality requirements. Work closely with global teams in an agile development environment. Required Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute development . Strong expertise in Pega application design, development, and implementation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with large, geographically distributed teams. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Preferred Skills Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
