Job Description:
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Solution Architect with expertise in Snowflake, AWS Analytics Services, dbt, Power BI, Python, SQL, and Amazon Bedrock . The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of modern cloud-based data platforms, analytics solutions, and GenAI architectures while ensuring security, governance, scalability, and operational excellence. Solution Architecture (Snowflake & AWS Analytics) Design and own end-to-end cloud data platform architectures using Snowflake and AWS analytics services. Define scalable patterns for batch, streaming, historical, and incremental data processing. Architect Lakehouse and Medallion data platforms. Design integrations between AWS data lakes and Snowflake analytics environments. Lead architecture reviews and technology decisions focused on scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization. 2. Data Engineering Enablement Establish standards for ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt and orchestration frameworks such as Airflow. Define metadata management, data quality, auditing, reconciliation, and control frameworks. Implement best practices for Snowflake optimization and operational excellence. Design enterprise ingestion patterns from SAP and other source systems. 3. Analytics & BI Architecture Architect and govern Power BI semantic models and enterprise datasets. Implement secure and scalable reporting solutions. Establish governance standards, workspace strategies, and dataset certification processes. Ensure consistent business metrics and a single source of truth across reporting platforms. 4. GenAI Architecture Design and implement enterprise GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Knowledge Bases. Implement Bedrock Agents, Guardrails, and secure deployment patterns. Define observability, tracing, and monitoring strategies for production AI solutions. 5. Security, Governance & Compliance Implement fine-grained access control and data governance across AWS and Snowflake environments. Define auditability, lineage, metadata, and stewardship processes. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. 6. Stakeholder Leadership & Delivery Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops. Create architecture artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, standards, and roadmaps. Mentor engineering teams and enforce best practices. Collaborate with business, product, security, and operations stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics Architecture, or related fields. Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale Snowflake solutions. Strong hands-on experience with AWS analytics and data services. Experience designing governed data lake and data warehouse architectures. Experience implementing enterprise BI solutions using Power BI. Exposure to GenAI architecture and Amazon Bedrock implementations. Technical Expertise Snowflake Architecture & Administration AWS Data Analytics Ecosystem dbt Power BI SQL & Python Data Modeling & Data Warehousing Amazon Bedrock & RAG Architectures Preferred Experience with SAP data integration. Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration platforms. Knowledge of Apache Iceberg and modern table formats. Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks.
