Contract / Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Senior Python Developers with strong backend development expertise and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Python development experience and 10+ years of overall IT experience . This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services. Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise platforms. Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes. Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability standards are met. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT experience. 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience. Strong expertise in Python programming and object-oriented design.
