Summary:

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Software Development Engineer. To make this position a full-time role, we are also asking this position to fulfill logistics responsibilities for our distribution center, as listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

Apply the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate computer software that provide business capabilities, solutions, and/or product suites. Provides systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery of technical solutions is on time and within budget. Researches and supports the integration of emerging technologies. Engages with migrations of ERP systems that are ongoing or prospective. Provides knowledge and support for applications' development, integration, and maintenance. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Analyzes requirements, tests, and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May focus on web/internet applications specifically, using a variety of languages and platforms. Defines application complexity drivers, estimates development efforts, creates milestones and/or timelines, and tracks progress towards completion. General Help Desk Responsibilities - Level 1:

• Handle incoming requests and logging/routing within ticketing system

Password Resets:

AD Accounts, email accounts, ERP access, etc.

• Configuration assistance: Printers, browser settings, OS settings, update settings, etc.
• Analyze and form recommendations for escalation of issues to Level 2/3 To make this position a full-time role, we are also asking this position to fulfill logistics responsibilities for our distribution center:
• Perform all other duties as assigned, assist with other departments routinely, such as order processing, purchasing follow-ups, tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite programs

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
