Moorestown, NJ Overview We are seeking a motivated Software Developer with Agile Scrum Master responsibilities to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while also facilitating Agile processes and ensuring effective team collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems that solve complex business and mission-driven challenges. Key Responsibilities Software Development Design, develop, test, and debug software applications to address business and technical requirements Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming practices Analyze system capabilities, inputs/outputs, and processing requirements to implement effective solutions Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operating procedures Ensure adherence to software development standards, processes, and best practices Agile & Scrum Leadership Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support the team in adopting and improving Agile practices Remove blockers and enable the team to deliver high-quality outcomes Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and backlog Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in software development and/or Agile environments Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles Required Skills Technical Skills Experience with C++ programming (intermediate level) Understanding of Agile software development methodologies Familiarity with Linux environments Experience with version control systems such as GitLab Exposure to issue tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Project & Process Skills Basic experience in project coordination or Agile delivery environments Understanding of scrum frameworks and team facilitation Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Agile transformation or coaching practices Experience working in fast-paced or mission-critical development environments By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
