Senior Developer Java resource + API + GCP

Job Summary The Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with a strong focus on Java, API development, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves building scalable, high-performance systems, integrating services through APIs, and leveraging cloud-native technologies to support modern application architectures. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java as the primary technology Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs and integration services Work with API management platforms such as Apigee to design, secure, and publish APIs Develop and support applications across multiple technology stacks, including Java, Python, and .NET Deploy and manage applications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments Configure and manage GCP services, including Firestore database and related components Integrate applications and services across systems using API-based architectures Configure and manage web servers such as Apache for application hosting Monitor and optimize application performance in cloud environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions Required Qualifications Strong programming experience with primary expertise in Java Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs Hands-on experience with API management tools such as Apigee Strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with Firestore database, including configuration and management Working knowledge of Python and experience with .NET-based applications Experience in enterprise application development across multiple stacks Knowledge of web server configuration and deployment (e.g., Apache) Strong understanding of application integration and distributed systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices design Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting in cloud environments Experience working in Agile development environments
