KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AI Center of Excellence Solutions Architect to join our AI & Digital organization.Responsibilities:
Help in establishing AI architecture and technology components that are in line with the latest developments in the marketplace; regularly review and update the architecture and components based on firm standards and alliance ecosystem changes Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists to plan, design and implement AI experiments and solutions Conduct hands on experimentation with various ecosystem vendors and platforms including documenting technical specifications and results of the experiments Define the strategy and detailed architecture for Knowledge Assistants and AI Agents Identify the strategy, approach and architecture to evaluate AI systems and models incl automated tests, evals and benchmarks working closely with KPMG functions to implement the strategy Liaise with appropriate functional stakeholders (Audit, Tax & Advisory) to align AI technical guidance, components, and solutions with functional priorities Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience in AI solutions development Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong experience preferably in the financial services industry and involved in efforts related to model training/tuning, performance evaluations incl published work Solid knowledge and understanding of AI technologies and methodologies; experience in designing and implementing AI experiments and solutions required Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists; ability to foster hyper-collaboration and enable a culture of continuous learning and skilling Familiarity with the latest developments in the AI marketplace and ability to adapt the architecture and components accordingly Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.KPMG LLP
