Ops Dashboard Technical Lead

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Ops Dashboard Technical Lead to architect and build a high-performance operational dashboard platform from scratch. The ideal candidate will lead full-stack design and development of transactional workflow-based systems with real-time dashboarding, policy administration integrations, and cloud-native deployment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build end-to-end Operational Dashboard Platform including UI and Backend Services Architect High-Volume Transactional Systems for operational workflows and case lifecycle management Define and implement Workflow / State Management , status transitions, and transaction handling logic Develop and integrate REST APIs / Microservices with policy administration and peripheral systems Build scalable Java / Spring Boot Backend Services and Angular UI Components Implement Event-Driven Architecture using queues and asynchronous processing Design Real-Time and Batch Data Models for operational dashboards and analytics Ensure platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational visibility Drive UI/UX Design focused on operational efficiency and usability Lead technical squad, conduct Code Reviews / Design Reviews , and enforce engineering standards

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Technical Leadership / Solution Architecture Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Application Development Strong proficiency in Angular for enterprise UI development Experience designing Transactional / Workflow-Driven Operational Systems Expertise in Workflow / State Management / Case Lifecycle Processing Experience with Event-Driven Architecture , Queues, and Async Processing Strong API Integration experience with enterprise / policy admin systems Experience with Azure Cloud , Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , and CI/CD Pipelines Knowledge of Drools / SBeL Rules Engine Experience with NoSQL / Mongo
