Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Core HCM; Time Tracking; Payroll; Integrations Roles & Responsibilities he Portfolio Lead will serve as the strategic and operational backbone of the HR Technology (HCM Services) portfolio, ensuring disciplined work intake, transparent prioritization, and seamless coordination across
HR, HRIS, HRIT, AMS
partners, and Enterprise Technology teams. This role acts as the single, trusted point of intake for all HR technology needs and is responsible for translating business requests into clear, actionable workflows aligned to team capacity and enterprise priorities.
Salary Range:
$130,000-$155,000 a year
