Job DescriptionWorkday Integrations Development:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday
REST/SOAP
APIs, and third-party tools.

Implement and manage Workday integration patterns such as inbound/outbound, real-time, and batch processing.
Technical Configuration:
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom reports.

Support technical setup, including tenant configuration and monitoring system performance.
Collaboration:
Partner with business analysts, functional teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical solutions.

Serve as a technical SME for the Workday platform during upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
System Optimization:
Continuously assess and improve integration processes to enhance system performance and scalability.

Conduct periodic reviews and maintenance of integrations to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Documentation and Compliance:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, design documents, and user guides.

Ensure solutions adhere to IT security, SOX compliance, and organizational standards.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Workday Certification in Integration or relevant module is preferred.3+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing Workday integrations.

Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core ConnectorsExperience with
REST/SOAP
APIs, XML, XSLT, and middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft). Knowledge of data governance, HRIS, financial systems, and compliance standards.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Time Tracking. Experience in agile project management and SDLC practices.
