$150K - $160K per annum Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Consumer/Retail Banking to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and drive technology transformation across banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks, banking systems integration, regulatory compliance, and large-scale digital transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures aligned with business objectives. Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures supporting secure, scalable, and resilient banking platforms. Provide architectural leadership and governance throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk frameworks, security standards, and data privacy requirements. Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business needs. Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments, gap analyses, and impact assessments. Create architecture principles, standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures. Communicate architectural strategies and recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Enterprise Architecture Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture experience TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture frameworks Architecture governance, standards, and roadmap development Business capability modeling and value stream mapping Banking Domain Expertise Strong Consumer/Retail Banking experience Knowledge of customer lifecycle, consumer products, risk management, and digital banking Experience with banking platforms and technologies including: Hogan (Core Banking) Genesys (Contact Center) ATM Systems Item Processing Products & Pricing Workflow & Robotics Branch Banking Platforms Technology Architecture Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Microservices Architecture APIs and Integration Patterns Data Platforms and Data Architecture Enterprise Integration Solutions Cybersecurity and Secure Architecture Practices Regulatory & Compliance
