Job Description

MuleSoft Developer Position Overview The MuleSoft Developer will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integrations and APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and development standards. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and maintain APIs and integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Build and support REST APIs and Mule applications utilizing Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Anypoint Exchange, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave. Implement API-led connectivity, microservices architectures, and enterprise integration patterns (EIP). Integrate enterprise SaaS applications and systems across the organization. Develop solutions using JSON, XML, RAML, OAuth2, TLS, and modern API security standards. Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into technical integration solutions. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and environment configuration activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently under departmental direction. Required Qualifications Technical Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including: Anypoint Studio API Manager Anypoint Exchange Runtime Manager DataWeave Experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST APIs and Mule applications. Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns (EIP). Experience integrating two or more SaaS systems within an enterprise environment. Proficiency with JSON, XML, RAML, OAuth2, TLS, and API security standards. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop effective technical integration solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating with one or more of the following platforms: CGI Advantage 4.0 Workday PaymentWorks Tyler Munis Euna Grants Experience designing integrations or middleware solutions within government or public sector environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Certifications MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD Level 1 or Level 2) MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
